Why did I receive the steam cleaner with water already inside? Has it been used before?
Not at all! Before packaging, each unit undergoes quality control testing. Water is added to test pressure, temperature, and steam output performance. Some residual water may remain, which is completely normal and does not indicate prior use.
Why doesn’t the steam cleaner maintain high pressure consistently?
Steam cools down quickly once generated. For best results and consistent pressure, we recommend keeping the unit plugged in during operation.
Is it dangerous if I forget to unplug the handheld steam cleaner after use?
Product features overheat and dry-burn protection that stops heating at 135°C (275°F). If this fails, a thermal fuse will activate at 167°C (333°F) to cut off power, the unit will be permanently damaged. Please unplug the device in time after use.
Why is my steam cleaner releasing much liquid water together with steam?
This usually happens when the water tank is overfilled. The total capacity is 350ml, but we recommend filling it up to 280ml only, leaving enough space for water to expand into steam.
