How long can the robot vacuum run on a full charge?
The runtime varies by cleaning mode. The robot vacuum can operate for up to 150 minutes in ECO mode, 100 minutes in Standard mode, and 60 minutes in Max (Strong) mode on a full charge.
What should I do if the robot vacuum cannot return to the charging base?
The robot’s ability to dock may be affected by its surroundings. If the robot fails to return to the charging base, please place it about 3 feet (1 meter) in front of the base and press the “Recharge”button to help it reconnect and dock correctly.
Can I place the charging base on carpet?
No. We recommend placing the charging base on a hard, flat surface against a wall, in a cool area with no surrounding obstacles. This helps ensure stable charging and reliable docking performance.
Can I add cleaning solution to the water tank?
No. Please do not add any cleaning solutions to the water tank. They can corrode the pump, and foam may clog the outlet, affecting operation and potentially damaging the robot.
