Please make sure the battery is properly installed in the vacuum. Once the battery is installed, the vacuum should work normally. Make sure to unplug the power cord before turning on the vacuum. The vacuum cannot be turned on while charging.

Why is the floor brush not rotating?

Remove and reinstall the brush roller to ensure it is correctly positioned. Confirm if the dust cup is securely attached.

Why is the vacuum not picking up debris?

Make sure the extension tube for no blockages. Remove the HEPA filter and metal filter to clean for dirt buildup. If they haven't been cleaned for a while, follow the manual to clean them. Make sure the filters are reinstalled correctly.
