First check if there is any obstruction above the trash can. If there is any obstruction, the trash can will automatically open its lid. If there is no obstruction, take out the garbage bag, reinstall the garbage bag, and close the lid.
Why does the trash can not open automatically when the lid is closed for the first time?
After installing the garbage bag and closing the lid for the first time, please wait for the adsorption work to be completed before trying to sense.
How long can it be used on a single charge?
After our testing, a full charge (about 3 hours) can meet the requirement of opening and closing the lid 2400 times, and can be used for 2 months in daily use.
