- Mister Max P-Bath Urine Pre-Treat Conditioner is a Ph neutralizer that will prepare contaminated carpet and fabric for successful remediation with Anti-Icky-Poo Odor Removers. Use if other products failed to remove odors - Removes yellowing from urine contaminated areas, stabilizes urine affected dyes and adds stain resistance - Apply liberally to the affected area and let sit for 15 ? 30 minutes. Soak up with hot water extraction or towels. Immediately follow with Anti-Icky-Poo products - Immediately after treatment with P.Bath, apply Anti-Icky-Poo or Unscented Anti-Icky-Poo to remove odors. Reapply Anti-Icky-Poo odor removes in every 1.5 to 2 hours as needed for maximum odor removal
