Why did I receive a bottle of steam cleaner with water in it? Has it been used?
Of course not! Before packing, the QC will add water to each product to test whether the pressure, temperature and steam volume are up to the normal standard to ensure the quality of each product. So there will be a little water left in the steamer!
Do I need to add cleaner to the steamer?
No need. Our steam cleaner is 100% chemical free and use high heat and pressure to achieve stain removal, making them safe to use even with children or pets in the home!
Is it dangerous if I forget to unplug the handheld steam cleaner after using it?
Our steamers have an anti-dry burn feature. Excessive temperatures inside the steaming bottle will burn off the seal of the safety valve, thus reducing the pressure inside the bottle. However, it is recommended to unplug the power supply in time!
Why can't I open the knobs after use?
The steamer is still high tempreture & high pressure inside the bottle after use, so the knob will not open. Simply leave it alone for a few minutes to wait for the temperature & pressure to drop, and then you can open the knob.
Why does the cleaner emit liquid water instead of steam?
The total tank capacity is 350 ml, but only put a maximum of 250 ml of water into the tank as water turns to steam inside the tank, filling the other space. lf there is no empty spaceinside the tank, the unit will not be able to generate any steam.
