DrainScrub applications include:

DrainScrub biodegrades organic waste that accumulates in your plumbing system. Like all living things, naturally occurring bacteria must have food to survive. Fortunately, human waste, grease, soap film, food remnants and organic waste are food for the bacteria in DrainScrub. The waste provides the needed macro-nutrients for the bacteria to dine on. The micronutrients and vitamins that are in DrainScrub, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E, as well as minerals including zinc, iodine, magnesium, iron, potassium, copper and calcium, help provide the microbes a balanced diet so that their metabolism operates at a high level and they can efficiently digest the waste. The enzymes in DrainScrub prepare this meal for the bacteria by breaking down the large molecules into a size the bacteria can consume and digest. Once mixed with water, DrainScrub goes to work! The enzymes immediately start breaking down waste on contact. DrainScrub contains tens of billions of bacteria, and as they eat they double in number every 30 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Apply at night, or when drain won't be used for 6-8 hr after.

Sinks/Showers/Tubs

Mix 1 scoop DrainScrub with 1 quart warm water (won't digest recent hair clogs)

Floor Drains

Mix 3 scoops DrainScrub with 3 quarts water.

Toilets

Mix 2 scoops of DrainScrub with 3 quarts water (don't flush)

Disposals

Mix ½ scoop DrainScrub with 1 quart water (add while running, then turn off)

Septic Tank

Mix 2 cups of DrainScrub with 2 gallons of water (flush, then flush 1 cup DrainScrub each following month)

Septic Field

Mix 4 cups of DrainScrub with 2 gallons of water per 50 feet of pipe (apply via vent or clean-out)

Sumps with Pumps

Mix 2 scoops of DrainScrub with 2 quarts warm water and apply.
