Use 2-3 tablespoons of seasoning on hot griddle surface, spreading seasoning evenly across the entire surface using a paper towel. Allow the seasoning to smoke/burn off. Repeat the process 3-5 times until entire surface is evenly black.

Use the scrub for griddles that have rust damage or food that is burnt on. Add a few tablespoons of griddle scrub and a little bit of water. Scrub using a sponge or microfiber cloth to create a paste until all residue is loose, rinse clean.

Wash your griddle with our griddle soap to remove any left-over food residues and unwanted grease. Add a few tablespoons of griddle soap and a bit of water. Wash using a sponge or microfiber cloth to create suds. Rinse clean and dry completely.

Pour a few tablespoons of griddle oil onto griddle surface and use a microfiber cloth to work the oil into the metal. The oil will fortify the existing seasoning and protect the surface from rust and corrosion.
